POA Caregiver LLCThe POA Caregiver™ Resource Directory.
A Power of Attorney document can give someone significant authority and responsibility — and the person named to serve often receives little practical education about how to understand, prepare for, organize, document, and navigate it. POA Caregiver™ closes that gap with plain-language education, practical tools, and state-specific navigation built around The 5 Phases of the POA Journey™: PREPARE, ESTABLISH, ORGANIZE, ACT, TRANSITION. Minnesota is our first state edition; a national platform is being built from it.
The POA Caregiver Resource Directory is where people serving under a Power of Attorney — and the families and professionals around them — find vetted help for the responsibilities the role creates. Listings are organized by the agent's needs and by state, limited to the services an agent actually uses: elder-law and estate attorneys, financial and fiduciary advisors, tax preparers, senior living, home care and hospice, senior move managers, estate-sale services, and account-access and technology help.
Every listing is reviewed against published criteria before approval and at each annual renewal: licensure or registration in good standing where applicable; services relevant to people acting under a Power of Attorney; and agreement to the POA Caregiver Code of Conduct. A listing is a paid placement, not an endorsement, referral, or guarantee by POA Caregiver LLC, which may decline any application or remove a listing that no longer meets the criteria.
Apply at poacaregiver.com/resources with your business name, category, service area, licensure details where applicable, website, and contact. Enter your founding code when you complete enrollment; your founding terms are confirmed in your receipt. Founding enrollment closes December 31, 2026.
A note on what we are: POA Caregiver is education only. We help people understand the role; we do not interpret documents, and we do not replace an attorney, physician, tax, or financial professional. Completion of the Professional Program is a Certificate of Completion, not a license or professional designation.
